Sizing, Shipping & Returns

Sizing

Most of our garments are stretchy and meant to be worn fitted and snug. If you are used to wearing skin tight clothing, your size choice should be accurate. If this is your first time purchasing a Joos, and/or you prefer some room, please choose 1 size up. While they are coming soon, we would like to mention that it is challenging to accurately show size charts and list the measurements of a stretchy top as the material allows to grow up to 2 sizes. Even someone who is size Large may fit in an XS if they so wish. To best help you, please let us know if you have any questions.

Shipping

We are in the process of moving our company from Los Angeles to Brussels, Belgium. This is great news for our European customers who have previously had to deal with the high shipping costs. They will now be able to place any Joos order at a flat $20 shipping rate. We will be using DHL for all shipments outside of Europe and this will be free of charge for all our recurring and new US and Canada customers. The returns will still be your own responsibility but you will be able to pre-pay a discounted return label at $40. The return process is still in a trial period so should the cost be higher or lower we will adjust your refund as such. We accept any shipping service, including USPS. We highly recommend using the ROUTE shipping option because they make the shipping process a lot easier.


Returns

Please return your good(s) within 7 days after receipt.

After you complete the return form, please ship your return to:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email. Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 days, less the initial shipping cost, if any. 

 

Only full priced items may be refunded. Sale items can be exchanged for store credit unless they are a final sale item.

Return shipping costs are your own responsibility. We suggest using a trackable shipping service with direct signature or purchasing shipping insurance. ROUTE is a great partner.

 

Exchanges

 

At this stage we cannot process exchanges. If you would like another size or color, please return the original item and reorder your preferred option.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@joostricot.com.
